He arrived promptly for an emergency call and worked incredibly hard over the course of three straight days to make my home safe again. Our kitchen sink garbage disposal sprung a serious leak. I called PGA on Tuesday morning, and they said a tech could come out first thing Thursday. Later that morning, our scheduled tech called to say an opening had come up and he could take care of the job that same day. He arrived shortly after 1 p.m. and was out the door in less than 40 minutes. Friendly, fast, and efficient service — an increasing rarity these days. This was our first call to PGA, and I think we’ve found our new residential services company. Highly recommended!

Our issue involved our hot water heater. The service technicians, Jared and Logan, were very efficient. Jared quickly assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and determined that it wasn’t cost-effective to replace parts in the old unit. He made arrangements to install a new one right away. Logan arrived with the new water heater, and together they completed the installation within a few hours. We’re so happy to have hot water again! In addition to this service, we’ve used PGA in the past for electrical work, air conditioning, and our furnace. They consistently provide high-quality work, and I would definitely recommend them.
